Who: Four generations of returned Peace Corps volunteers, who will discuss their experiences overseas and the impact that the Peace Corps has had on their personal and professional lives.

What: The program is presented by the UB Peace Corps Prep Program (UBPCP), a partnership offered at the University of Bridgeport’s College of Public and International Affairs and the Peace Corps. The UBPCP program is among two dozen academic programs across the country and the first of its kind in New England. Upon graduation, students who complete the  UBPCP receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the Peace Corps, granting them special consideration for acceptance into the Peace Corps, and may also elect to receive a minor degree in International Service provided by the College of Public and International Affairs.

This free presentation is open to anyone interested serving in the Peace Corps or applying to the UB Peace Corps Prep Program.
